How does it all work?

 

Each person pays an entrance fee of TBC (2023 was £6.50) that provides you with a programme, 2 drinks and your own commemorative glass.  We do not sell advanced tickets. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Beer will only be served in a commemorative glass. Note, we will not be serving thirds although you are welcome to a 'taste' before you buy.  The glass is yours to keep.

 

The programme includes your first two drinks tokens (on the back page) and tasting notes for all the beers and ciders at the festival.  Each beer is allocated a number and this corresponds to the barrel.  Each barrel will display the name, allocated number, ABV and an indication of style (dark, light etc) as well as the sponsor's name.

Present your token to the festival bar staff and select your drink by name or number as it appears in the programme and as noted on the barrel.

 

Additional tokens can then be purchased.

 

As long as you retain your programme and glass, you can re enter the event at no further entrance cost other than buying additional drinks tokens.  Unused tokens can be donated to charity (Air Ambulance) or cashed in.
